Intent on entering new markets, Poland-based West-End Meat Group has invested in an MPS EF 340 flexo press.

Following a private demonstration at MPS company headquarters in Arnhem during drupa, the company purchased an eight-colour EF 340 multi-substrate flexo press. The sale was signed by owner, Victor Rozdobudko and Aakon Schüssel, MPS sales and marketing director.

A supplier to food producers, West-East Meat Group recognised the advantage of investing in new flexo printing equipment in order to facilitate the company’s desire to enter new markets with foil and shrink sleeves.

Mr Rozdobudko commented, ‘We made the decision to purchase our first flexo press, as we see the technology as the stepping stone to enter new markets in Poland and Ukraine. This MPS press investment is a monumental milestone for our company, as it lays the foundation for a successful future.

‘The EF 340 also offers servo drives and control we desired for automation,’ added Mr Rozdobudko, ‘and it is best in class for printing multiple substrates.’
