Finat, the European label industry association, has appointed Dana Kilárska as president and Vito Giurazza as vice president during its European Label Forum 2026, held in Seville from 27 to 29 May. Ms Kilárska’s appointment marks the first time a woman has served as president of Finat.

CEO of Purgina (Slovakia), Ms Kilárska, succeeds to the presidency after several years of involvement with the association. She is widely known within Finat through her previous role as chair of the Young Managers Club, now the Young Professionals Network.

With more than 20 years of international business experience spanning the hospitality, printing and packaging sectors, Ms Kilárska brings experience in commercial leadership and business development to the role, said Finat.

Ms Kilárska said: “This role means the world to me, not because of the title, but because of the community behind it. Finat is made up of extraordinary people, and to lead them is a privilege.”

Finat also appointed Mr Giurazza, CEO of Tikedo (Italy), as vice president. Mr Giurazza joined the Finat Board in 2023 and has contributed to the association on matters related to business growth, transformation and entrepreneurship.

Mr Giurazza has worked with entrepreneurs and management teams across multiple sectors, focusing on strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. Since 2019, he has led Tikedo’s expansion into a European label converting group operating across several countries

“It is a great honour for me to take on this role, and I would like to sincerely thank the General Assembly and Finat members for the trust they have placed in me,” he stated.

During the forum, Finat also named outgoing president Philippe Voet and former president Chris Ellison as honorary members in recognition of their contributions to the association and the wider label industry.
