Rotocon has relocated its European headquarters and demonstration centre to a new facility in Ahrensburg, Germany, near Hamburg, as part of its ongoing expansion of flexographic printing and finishing equipment operations.

The new site provides more than 3000sqm of production and office space, increasing capacity for machine assembly, testing, demonstrations, customer training and technical support.

According to the company, the facility is intended to support customers across Europe, the Americas and Africa, while accommodating continued investment in manufacturing processes and product development. The site also provides space for customers to view equipment demonstrations and discuss production requirements.

Rotocon said it combines German engineering with a global manufacturing and sourcing network, working with suppliers of electronics, precision components and machine parts worldwide. The company oversees machine design and customisation, assembly, integration, testing and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Marco Aengenvoort, managing director of Rotocon Europe, said the new facility will provide customers with greater opportunities to engage with the company’s equipment and technical team.

He commented: “We welcome label printers and converters to visit our new facility in Hamburg, Germany, to experience our flexo printing and finishing equipment firsthand, discuss their production challenges, and see how Rotocon combines advanced engineering with responsive local service.”
