Inks and coatings manufacturer Wikoff has appointed David Donnelly as chief operations officer, effective immediately. Mr Donnelly has served as the company’s project management office (PMO) director since 2025, overseeing an enterprise-wide operational transformation initiative.
In the newly created role, Mr Donnelly will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental, safety and health, PMO, and information technology functions. The company said the move is intended to align those areas under a single operational leader as part of its efforts to standardise and integrate operations across its network.
“David joined us a year ago with a clear mandate: strengthen our operational foundation to position Wikoff for growth,” said the company’s CEO Mark Lewis. “He has established a clear vision and built the roadmap for transforming operations across our network to better serve customers. David has already driven meaningful progress, and with expanded responsibility for all operations, he is well-positioned to accelerate execution and deliver strong results as we advance our transformation agenda.”
Mr Donnelly brings more than two decades of experience in program management and operations leadership across the life sciences, manufacturing, and defence sectors.
“Wikoff has a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future,” said Mr Donnelly. “My focus is on building the operational discipline and team capabilities to deliver that vision for our employee-owners, customers and partners.”
