Anilox roller manufacturer Zecher has established a new cleaning facility – the Zecher Cleaning Center – following the acquisition of an Evolux 3000 Max laser cleaning system from its longstanding partner Ulmex.
Zecher said the acquisition of the system significantly broadens its range of services, and that with the Cleaning Center it is taking an important step toward offering customers a more comprehensive range of services from a single source.
“At the same time, through our close collaboration with Ulmex, we are strengthening our innovative capabilities and consciously investing in new technologies that offer our customers real added value,” explained Thomas Reinking, sales director at Zecher.
The Evolux 3000 Max cleans anilox roller and sleeves up to 3000mm in length, using what the manufacturer describes as “an environmentally friendly cleaning process and without any chemical additives”. Zecher said its customers will benefit from fast, reliable and “highest technical standard” anilox and sleeve cleaning directly from its facility.
