Nilpeter has announced two new FA-17 flexo press sales, with Dutch company Geostick ordering its eighth machine from the manufacturer, and Alliance Etiquettes in France upgrading its portfolio with a new eight-colour press.

Geostick has opted for a six-colour press, configured with delam/relam, turnbar, hot air drying stations, dual-die cutting and a sheeter. It placed the order upon a visit to Nilpeter in Denmark, and is scheduled for delivery before summer. Alex Aarslew-Jensen, international sales manager at the manufacturer, said, ‘This new order is a reflection of the trust and respect between our two family-owned businesses. We look forward to seeing the new press in action.’

For Alliance Etiquettes, the new Nilpeter is an eight-colour FA-17 press, which it intends will boost its capabilities in producing premium labels for the food, cosmetics, industrial, and wine and spirits sectors.

The press features a UV laminating system, cold foil stamping, and quick die-cutting station for fast changeovers. The sale was agreed through the French equipment reseller, OS Graphics.

Further news from Nilpeter concerns its announcement regarding the premiere of its new FB-14 and FB-17 presses for labels and flexible packaging at Labelexpo Americas in Chicago in September. These machines, which are 14 and 17 inches wide respectively, are a continuation of the FB-350 and FB-430 presses already available. They incorporate a new print head allowing for quick setup, rapid changeovers, and enhanced automation, and the range of specifications includes UV, pre-register, automatic register, ink chamber system, and single-die unit.

Lenny DeGirolmo, president of Nilpeter USA said, ‘The FB-14/-17 and FA-26 showcase our commitment to innovation, digitalization, and automation, complemented by our Digital Shadow concept for enhanced data extraction and beyond. These presses embody our dedication to providing the most advanced solutions to our customers.’
