Reflex Group has ordered three additional Nilpeter FA-Line presses, following its recent investment in four FA-22 lines, which FlexoTech reported on in December 2025, bringing the total to seven new presses within a short period.

Supporting Reflex’s operations across seven countries, the Nilpeter FA-Line platform offers standardised production, enabling job transfer between locations, maintaining consistent quality and supporting business continuity across the Group.

By expanding its use of FA-Line technology, Reflex is scaling a platform already proven in daily production, said Nilpeter.

Ian Kendall, founder and chief executive of Reflex Group, said: “This is not just about adding capacity, it’s about building a platform we can scale across the entire Group. We’ve seen how the FA-Line performs in practice, and it gives us the consistency we need to operate across multiple sites and markets. Just as importantly, we know it’s a platform that will continue to develop.”

He added that for the company it is a long-term decision, strengthening its position in the market which allows the company to move faster than its competitors.

David Kitson, managing director, Nilpeter UK, commented: “Reflex Group is one of the most progressive print businesses in the market today. Their decision to expand further with Nilpeter – on top of an already significant installed base – is a strong endorsement of both the platform and the collaboration behind it.”
