Gallus Rotascreen, a division of the Gallus Group specialising in screen printing solutions, is set to launch a rotary screen printing unit at the upcoming SPI Exhibition in Essen, Germany, from 3-5 June.

This unit allows rotary screen printing integration across all narrow-web presses, regardless of manufacturer, which the company says solves a long-standing challenge for printers looking to retrofit existing systems. Described by Gallus Rotascreen as compact and versatile, the unit can be mounted either in a rail system above current press units or on a standalone frame between them.

The unit supports screen formats from Z85 to Z208 and is available in widths up to 600mm. The unit delivers high-speed performance of up to 120m/min. It offers cross-brand integration and is designed to work with Gallus RCS technology and existing Gallus screen printing tools.

Gallus highlights its commitment to ease of use and operator efficiency with smart features built into the design. The company added that the unit supports both retrofits and new inline setups, maximising flexibility for printers worldwide.
