The Young Professionals Network (YPN) of Finat, the international association for the European label industry, has introduced a workshop designed to empower young professionals in the label industry.
The workshop, which is titled ‘From Energy Eater to Energy Giver: The Power of the Youngest Generation to Innovate,’ takes place on Wednesday, 22 May 2024 in Athens, Greece, just ahead of the Finat European Label Forum. This interactive workshop will be led by changemaker and public speaker Laura Bas who has previous experience speaking at The United Nations, TEDx, Unicef, and Microsoft, bringing knowledge on meaningful youth participation, generational understanding and gender equality.
The workshop will aim to give young professionals, up to 40 years old, a variety of tools and strategies to discover strengths and roles as the next generation of label industry leaders, ways to harness the power of generational diversity to achieve better results, identifying and transforming outdated processes into energising work experiences and collaborating effectively with experienced colleagues across generations.
All young professionals are invited to join this workshop and will get a chance to gain valuable insight on youth participation and generational dynamics, network with peers from across Europe and share experiences with like-minded professionals and learn practical tools to transform the work environment.
