The Entour lamination films are suitable for bags, pouches, stand-up pouches and flow wraps holding food, wipes and pet foods
Packaging manufacturer Berry Global has united its range of high-performance polyethylene (PE) lamination films under the single brand name of Entour. The range includes the now re-named FormiForLAM film product sold in Europe.
The company said that Entour lamination films are ideal for bags, pouches, stand-up pouches and flow wraps in markets such as foods, wipes and pet foods. They provide high levels of product protection, consumer convenience and point-of-sale impact. The films are also recyclable when used in combination with other PE structures, making it an alternative to PET/PE and OPET/PE multi-material laminated films. Decoration options include both flexo and gravure printing.
Neal Geryl, business development director for Berry Global’s European flexible films business, commented, ‘As one of Europe’s leading producers of PE films, we have the ability to manufacture films that deliver high levels of technical performance while satisfying consumer and regulatory demands for recyclable packaging solutions. However, it is essential that this is achieved without compromising the pack’s performance, particularly in terms of product protection, preservation, and presentation. Entour films offer PE lamination film solutions while maintaining excellent quality and functionality to deliver an effective circular solution.’
