Cheshire Anilox Technology has received HD Flexo certification by Esko for its high end ProFlo engraving.
ProFlo is a high precision engraving specially designed to work with new HD plate technology. It features a new improved cell profile that will provide a more consistent ink lay down while also eliminating the risk of uncontrolled dot gain. This high release cell offers as much as 15% additional ink compared to conventional engravings, enabling the printer to produce high resolution images with outstanding depth of colour for greater shelf impact.
The certification was awarded by Esko after reviewing a variety of print samples from Cheshire Anilox Technology’s customers and flexographic press manufacturers.
