Mike Foote who passed away on 13 March 2014
Sandon Global has announced that southern sales manager Mike Foote died suddenly on the 13 March 2014.
Mr Foote leaves three children, Christopher, Stuart and Lauren, and a new born grandson, Ethan.
He had worked in the print Industry for almost 30 years having been previously employed by Union Carbide as well as a number of other companies Involved in the Flexographic Print Industry.
Mr Foote had been employed by Sandon Global for the last 8 years and was an integral part of the development; growth and success of the business. Mr Foote will be sadly missed by all his colleagues and customers who he had built up an enviable business relationship/friendship with over a number of years with his vast experience and reputation for his honesty and integrity.
The company has said that Mr Foote was a genuinely good person inside and outside of work, someone who could be trusted and was known in his circle of friends in Swindon, as Nice Mike and that sums up his character and the way he lived perfectly to all who knew him.
In appreciation for all the hard work that Mike gave to the company over the years it is posthumously dedicating to his memory the recent EFIA ‘Gold’ award presented to Sandon for supplier of the year.
