At the 2014 FlexoTech Awards, New Era Labels was presented with the Supreme Award for its submission of Nature’s Choice Aloe Tonic Drink.

The entry was selected as the best example of work amongst the other 13 winners.

The judges said, ‘We had a very difficult choice to make because there were three worthy contenders in the race for supreme champion. However, in the final analysis, we ruled in favour of high end graphics combining high resolution with good mid tones and shadows.’

The entry also came top in the category for Flexible packaging (narrow) for which the judges said, ‘This entry took full advantage of the improvements that have been made to the process. High end graphics, supplementing a scenic background and a solid band, really highlighted the capabilities of flexo today.’

Held at the Hilton London Metropole, the awards are regarded as the most prestigious event in the industry calendar. Running for its 16th year, the awards have long been synonymous with the flexo industry through both good and bad times.
