Nuova Gidue has sold a 65% share of its business to Bobst Group which has also been given the option to purchase the remaining shares.

The owner of Gidue will remain with the company as CEO and shareholder.

Bobst hopes the technology it now owns will extend its range of printing and converting solutions and strengthen its strategy of expansion in the label industry.
