Dame Janet Trotter, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire

Narrow web ink and varnish manufacturer Pulse Roll Label Products has been presented with an official Queen’s Award for Enterprise by Dame Janet Trotter, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire. 

The award was granted in recognition of outstanding growth in overseas earning over a three year period. Attended by all members of staff and representatives from the local business community, the company was presented with its Symbol and Scroll for the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in International Trade 2015.

Gary Seward, managing director, said, ‘We are honoured and delighted to celebrate this prestigious award and I want to thank all our employees who each play a significant and valuable part in our achievements both at home and abroad.’

Mr Seward went on to recognise the importance of international trade to the growth of the business saying, ‘As a specialist producer of printing inks and varnishes serving the global consumer packaging and label markets, we acknowledge that our continued success and future also depends on our ability to expand our international presence alongside growing our domestic UK business. We have many exciting opportunities for growth ahead and I am confident that this success will continue.’

Mr Seward also presented Neil Milkins, senior production assistant, with a pewter tankard to mark 10 years of service with the company.
