Spanish label manufacturer Etiquetas y Adhesivos Randofer has expanded its production capacity with the installation of two additional Omet KFlex K6 presses at its facility in La Rinconada, Seville. The new presses were installed in summer 2026 and join a KFlex K6 installed by the company in 2024.

The first KFlex K6, configured as a fully equipped 10-colour press, marked the start of Randofer’s relationship with Omet. The two latest installations comprise an 8-colour and a 6-colour KFlex K6, both in fully equipped configurations.

The three presses are based on Omet’s multiplatform concept, which allows printing, embellishment and converting technologies to be combined within different configurations. Randofer says the range of configurations will allow it to adapt production to the requirements of individual jobs and handle a broader range of label applications.

According to the company, the investment forms part of its plans to increase production capacity and broaden the range of solutions it can offer to customers in the Spanish label market.

Fernandez Rando, managing director of Randofer, says the Omet technology has given Randofer the flexibility to adapt production to different customer requirements and applications, while also providing scope for future development. He describes the KFlex K6 as “a versatile and reliable platform” that has supported the company’s growth plans.

With three KFlex K6 presses now installed within approximately two years, Randofer has made Omet technology a significant part of its recent production investment. The different press configurations provide additional capacity and flexibility, particularly for work requiring combinations of printing, finishing and converting processes.
