German printer Clever Etiketten, part of the Label Motion Group, is investing in a customised 10-unit Nilpeter FA-22 flexo printing press, with a configuration tailored to the company’s production requirements and application portfolio.
The investment decision followed testing and technical comparisons of different equipment options. Clever Etiketten, which has sites in Neuss, Rommerskirchen, Hosena and Simmelsdorf, worked closely with Nilpeter A/S and Nilpeter GmbH throughout the project, covering project planning, installation, training and after-sales support.
Nils Winkler, managing director of Clever Etiketten, said the evaluation process with Nilpeter A/S and Nilpeter GmbH clearly set the FA-22 apart from the other presses.

The customised FA-22 is intended to provide Clever Etiketten with a flexible production platform for a range of applications. The press has a 22-inch (560mm) format and combines multiple printing units with finishing capabilities.
