IR and UV manufacturer Victory Lighting has announced that its VLB100 Ink Blaster flexo anilox cleaner is now available to customers in the UK, following strong demand for the product through its North American operation.
The VLB100 Ink Blaster is a professional-grade cleaning solution developed specifically for the flexo printing industry. It is designed to remove dried ink and other contaminants from anilox rollers, print cylinders and press equipment, helping printers restore optimum ink transfer and maintain consistent print quality.
Suitable for routine maintenance as well as deep cleaning, the product has been engineered to lift stubborn ink deposits without damaging the fine cell structure of anilox rollers – a common risk with harsher cleaning methods. It is suited to flexo, label and packaging printing applications.
Having already established a following among converters in North America, Victory Lighting says the move to bring Ink Blaster to the UK reflects growing interest from printers looking for an effective, roller-friendly cleaning solution as press uptime and print quality remain under increasing pressure.
