Supplier of anilox rollers and printing impression cylinders Zecher has started 2026 with a managerial change following technical CEO Rüdiger Wand’s retirement. Sven Krause, who was appointed chief technology officer in mid-2025, will assume responsibility as the primary contact for technical matters.
During his almost 30-year tenure, Mr Wand guided the company through both successful and challenging periods, overseeing key innovations, process modernisation, and future-oriented developments that contributed to Zecher’s long-term position in the industry. He was widely regarded by colleagues, customers, and partners as a reliable and knowledgeable contact on technical matters.
“With his tireless dedication, loyalty, and expertise, Rüdiger has played a significant role in shaping our company,” said Thomas Eisner, managing director of Zecher. “We would like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his long and successful collaboration and wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life.”
Following the restructuring, the company aims to further strengthen its technological leadership in laser engraving, advance sustainable and future-oriented standards in prepress technology, and increase added value for customers and partners.
The company belives it is very well positioned to continue on its successful course and set new standards.
