Vista Labels has installed a second Reflex 330 printing press at its production facility, supplied by Focus Label Machinery. The new addition is expected to increase production capacity and support the company’s efforts to meet growing demand in specific high-volume label markets.

The Reflex 330 is a high-speed label printing and finishing system designed for efficient print-to-cut registration. It includes a single-color flexographic print unit with servo drive, auto re-register functionality, and drying options such as UV, LED, or IR. Its modular design allows for upgrades and flexibility in a changing market environment.

According to Vista Labels’ production director, Stuart Mellish, the installation is part of the company’s ongoing investment in modern manufacturing technology. “We are committed to improving production quality and efficiency while reducing waste,” Mr Mellish said. “The Reflex 330 is straightforward to operate and was integrated into full production just days after delivery.”

Focus Label Machinery, headquartered in the UK, specialises in narrow web flexographic and digital hybrid printing solutions. James Thomas, head of sales at Focus, said the continued collaboration with Vista Labels reflects a strong working relationship developed over several years.

“The Reflex 330 is designed to meet the evolving needs of print service providers,” he stated. “Its features support both traditional and digital workflows, making it suitable for a range of production environments.”
