Rotocon has launched Rotocon USA, a new division based in New Jersey that will offer its EcoLine and Chrome label printing, converting, and finishing equipment to the North American market, supported by local service and inventory.

The new operation is led by industry veterans Jeff Ludwig, Cooper Ludwig, Bob Fudala, and Jeff Haddad, who bring over 250 years of combined experience. Services will include equipment sales, installations, preventive maintenance, press relocations, rebuilds, and asset appraisals. A team of 10 service technicians has been positioned across the U.S. to provide responsive technical support and training.

“Rotocon USA is built around putting customers first,” said Cooper Ludwig. “Converters are looking for reliable equipment and service – areas where we aim to deliver consistent value.”

To reduce downtime, Rotocon USA has stocked spare parts and consumables locally and offers trade-in programs for legacy machines, regardless of manufacturer.

“We vetted manufacturers globally and chose Rotocon for its dependable, modular equipment and strong service culture,” added Jeff Ludwig. “This launch is about giving converters the tools and support they need to stay competitive.”

Mr Haddad noted the importance of local presence: “We’re not just selling machines – we’re a technical partner offering 24/7 service and flexible configurations that meet real production needs.”

Rotocon USA’s tooling is compatible with most US narrow-web platforms, making it suitable for hybrid pressrooms. “It’s affordable innovation,” said Bob Fudala. “Precision engineering with a cost-effective approach.”
