Fujifilm is set to launch a new flexo plate processing system, FleneX Pro, alongside new enhancements to its Jet Press FP790 digital flexible packaging press at Labelexpo.
A central feature of the stand will be the official launch of FleneX Pro, a new flexo plate processing system designed to simplify workflows and increase production efficiency. This debut is supported by two additional flexo solutions: FleneX Midori, a new plate range optimised for LED exposure and capable of reproducing fine detail up to 200 lines per inch and a 1% process dot, and FleneX Pure, a modern filtration system designed for clean, adaptable plate processing. Fujifilm will also present LuXtreme Pro, its latest LED curing system, alongside CuremaX, a new ink range developed for high-performance, energy-efficient flexo printing.
On the digital side, Fujifilm will introduce enhancements to its Jet Press FP790, a digital flexible packaging press that now includes support for label applications. The updated press offers faster throughput, compatibility with a wider range of sustainable substrates, and expanded practical use cases to help converters meet varied customer demands more efficiently. The Revoria Press SC285 will also be on display, demonstrating high-speed, high-quality short-run digital pouch printing aimed at brand owners and converters looking for flexibility in production.
“Labelexpo Europe 2025 represents a key milestone in the evolution of our label and packaging portfolio,” said Mark Stephenson, head of packaging, Fujifilm EMEA. “Our presence this year reflects both the breadth and depth of our offering – from advanced flexo solutions to innovations in our digital systems that have changed the market.”
