Esko has unveiled two new packaging management platforms aimed at streamlining operations for both packaging suppliers and emerging brands. The launch of WebCenter Pack and WebCenter Go expands the company’s WebCenter platform to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction across the packaging industry.

Jan De Roeck, Esko’s chief marketing officer, said: “With these two new innovations, we are broadening the functionality of our WebCenter platform and bringing brands closer together with their packaging and label suppliers.”

WebCenter Pack has been designed specifically for customer service representatives (CSRs) at packaging converters and aims to optimise job onboarding and prepress integration. The company said It offers intuitive tools, real-time dashboards, and automated workflows that streamline preflight checks and approvals. “This platform enables CSR teams to manage preflighting independently, reducing delays and enhancing customer response times,” Mr De Roeck explained. “Faster feedback and more accurate files directly contribute to customer retention and business growth.”

The platform also features templated job specifications, visual preflight reports, and simplified version control. Esko is positioning WebCenter Pack as an accessible solution for companies seeking to enhance productivity with minimal upfront investment.

WebCenter Go, on the other hand, is targeted at the in-house teams of emerging brands. Tailored to meet the evolving demands of sectors such as food and beverage, nutraceuticals, and personal care, the solution offers end-to-end control of packaging development. Key features, according to Esko, include customisable checklists, automated compliance checks, 3D visualisation, and collaborative artwork proofreading tools.

“WebCenter Go ensures that packaging artwork is right the first time, every time,” said Mr De Roeck. “It allows teams to build approval workflows, maintain quality, and meet regulatory standards without sacrificing speed or user experience.”

Both platforms are built to support scalable packaging operations, with easy deployment, pre-built templates, and intuitive interfaces. Esko emphasised that the new tools empower teams to move faster while maintaining high standards across design, compliance, and production.
