The 2025 edition of Print4All, held at Fiera Milano in Milan, Italy, and concluding on May 30, attracted 20,297 professionals from 68 countries and 245 exhibitors. The next edition is scheduled to take place from 25–28 May 2027 at the Fiera Milano.

Among the key themes at this years’ edition, according to the organisers, were digitalisation, automation, and sustainability. Artificial Intelligence was widely featured, demonstrating its increasing role in optimising processes and enhancing flexibility. Green innovations took centre stage, with recyclable materials, circular economy solutions, and energy-efficient technologies showcased throughout the show floor.

Organisers said breakthroughs in tactile printing, one-step digital embellishment, and the ability to print on natural or recycled substrates highlighted the sector’s creative evolution. The finishing segment also saw a surge in smart, customisable systems, ideal for short runs and bespoke products. In the converting and corrugated segments, the spotlight was on integrated digital systems, developed through brand partnerships, and accessories that increase efficiency while supporting environmental goals.

The final day of the show was dedicated to young professionals, highlighting career pathways and engaging the next generation in the sector’s future.

Print4All was part of The Innovation Alliance, a broader ecosystem integrating four trade shows — GreenPlast, IPACK-IMA, Print4All, and INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA — covering the full manufacturing value chain. In total, the Alliance welcomed 108,458 visitors from 143 countries, engaging with 1857 exhibitors, 39% of whom were international.
