The three new employees at TRM
Corrugated manufacturer TRM, based in Burscough, West Lancashire, has made three key appointments adding to its workforce of over 270 employees.
Amy Driver, Emma Brennand and Tanya Crowley have joined TRM in manufacturing, design and HR roles respectively. All have started their roles and will support the business in its continued growth.
Ms Driver has been appointed as senior production manager with a focus on delivering lean management and continuous improvement across the company’s production facility. She previously worked at 3M’s secure printing business. She commented, ‘I’m looking forward to making a valued contribution to TRM. It’s a growing business with a really enthusiastic team and I hope to add value with my previous experience gained at 3M.’
Joining from Huhtamaki BCP Ltd is Emma Brennand in the role of packaging design consultant. As part of the project management team, Ms Brennand is responsible for innovation, structural design and customer projects. She commented, ‘TRM has offered me a great opportunity to expand and further my career in design. The company is renowned in the industry for its great design and innovation and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.’
Tanya Crowley joins the management team as HR manager. Speaking of her appointment, Ms Crowley said, ‘I’ve joined TRM as it is a great environment where there is a lot of continued investment in the business and development of its workforce. I also admire its independence and the creativity across the business.’
