Bobst has appointed Peter Redmond to the role of zone business director of UK and Ireland for its business unit web-fed.
Mr Redmond brings with him over 30 years’ experience in the printing industry, having held a variety of senior management roles within engineering, sales and customer service operations. He said, ‘I am extremely delighted to be working for Bobst and will strive to give the same high levels of customer care as I have in all of my previous roles. I am looking forward to meeting new and established industry colleagues during the course of my daily activities.’
Reporting to the head of business unit web-fed, Erik Bothorel, Mr Redmond will be responsible for sales of the company’s web-fed product range, which covers coating, laminating, and flexo and gravure printing. Mr Bothorel said, ‘I am very pleased to welcome Peter Redmond to the Bobst team. His experience and commitment to the development of the business in these regions will be an asset to the company.’
