Hamillroad Software, a UK based software company, has collaborated with FlexoTech to organise a charity raffle at the 2017 International FlexoTech Awards, to raise money for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

Held at the London Hilton Metropole, on 23 November, the awards evening celebrates the outstanding work achieved by flexo printers in the last 12 months with a gala dinner, with the awards being presented by former footballer, John Barnes MBE.

This year there will be an opportunity for dinner guests to make a donation to EACH, which cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions and supports their families. The charity offers a family-centred, needs-led approach to care, ensuring all of the needs of the children and young people it cares for are met.

Those who choose to donate will be entered into a raffle to be drawn on the night, with an exciting prize for the winner.

Michal Lodej, editor of FlexoTech said, ‘When we gather together to celebrate such important achievements in our industry it is also important to take a moment to consider those less fortunate than ourselves. With that in mind we hope that this raffle will be able to provide some sort of comfort to a family going through what must be the most heart-breaking moment in their lives.’

Danielle Kinsella, marketing director of Hamillroad Software said, ‘We are very proud to be supporting EACH, and raising awareness of their incredible work at the awards. We hope that the raffle is successful in generating more funds to help support the many families and children who benefit from the services and care that the hospice provides.’

Kellie Charge, EACH Cambridgeshire corporate fundraiser, said, ‘We rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income, so support like this is vital. We hope everyone attending the awards has a great time!’
