Crown Labels has invested in a Nilpeter FB-3 press to deliver high quality for its growing customer base whilst also being efficient and reliable.
The company’s new high-performance FB-3 is an 8 colour, 13 ¾-inch, multi-substrate UV flexo press, featuring five servos per printing unit for complete automation of all adjustments, including job save, job load, and job change.
Managing director, Paul Board, said, ‘As a company we have continually reinvested money back into the business in the shape of new equipment year on year. This time we wanted something that would get us ahead of the majority of our industry, and I believe this press does just that.
‘We were looking for a machine that would deliver outstanding quality for our growing customer base along with efficiency and reliability,’ said Mr Board. ‘The press with its servo technology allows for incredible print accuracy over all sorts of substrates from labels to unsupported films and moves our company into the next generation of flexo printing.’
