The new washer system
A new washer system for plates and sleeves has been developed by HELL Gravure Systems and Flexo Wash to better the process of cleaning of directly engraved elastomer forms.
The washing system adds to the PremiumFlexo and enables automated cleaning based on preset parameters. The thorough cleaning of the printing forms is done with an eco-friendly, water based cleaning liquid and special brushes. The cleaning liquid is reusable and is accordingly operated in a closed cycle.
