GMG Color will be hosting a colour seminar on 14 April 2016 at the Junction25 Conference Venue, which will focus on the colour challenges faced by packaging specialists.

The event will look into why standardised proofing doesn’t work for everyone, and how the OpenColor application can help fill that gap. The seminar will show printers how to create proofs that are accurate for not just CMYK inks, but also Pantone / spot colour inks and also to show what happens when you change substrate, inks, post press effects without having pre-printed press information.

The line up is as follows:

10.30 – Who are GMG? / ISO standards, why they don’t work for spot colours in printing, the proofing challenge.

11.30 – GMG OpenColor overview.

12.30 – Break for lunch.
